Heritage Exhibitions at Chapel Street Churches

375, not out.
A mixed media exhibition focusing on people’s memories of Sacred Trinity Church, created by community
reporters to mark the church’s 375th anniversary.
Venue: Sacred Trinity Church
Dates/Times: Tuesdays in September 12 – 2.00pm and
Friday 10th – Sunday 12th Sept 12 – 4.00pm


Re-Tracing Salford - A-Z of Lost Streets

An exhibition of family snaps, streets and buildings, collected from residents of now demolished Salford
streets. Other images include drawings by year 6 Pupils from Primrose Hill Primary School, Ordsall and oral
history recordings.
Venue: Chapel Street and Hope United Reformed Church

Derelict
Images of three Salford Landmarks by Leslie Holmes - St Ignatius Church, Salford Central Mission and
Adelphi Lads’ Club.  As Central Salford undergoes rapid change Leslie Holmes shows images of three city
landmarks at the edge of dereliction.
Venue: St Philips Church
Dates: Friday and Saturday 10th and 11th September
